The General Inspection Bundle is a complete suite of service options rolled into one discounted package for your convenience. Our highly trained and licensed professionals will inspect every nook and cranny of your property and detail everything in our easy-to-read report. Each report is hand-written by the agent who personally inspects your home. We don’t outsource our reports like many companies.
Our condo inspection option is tailor-made for townhomes and condos. We carefully inspect common items of concern that are unique to properties of this type and point them out in our detailed reports. Our reports are always written for your unique property and are designed not to sound aggressive. We want to remove stress during the buying and selling process, not add to it!
Radon is an odorless, tasteless, invisible gas that is naturally occurring and causes lung cancer. It can build up inside your home without you ever being aware. The EPA states that radon is the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers, estimating about 21,000 lung cancer deaths a year are caused by radon.
Blueprint Home Inspection uses state-of-the-art tools and detection equipment to measure any radon buildup in your home and help you mitigate the danger before it’s a problem.
