Blueprint Home Inspection was founded by Josh Carson who expanded Athens Home Inspections into one of the top inspection companies in the Athens area. Utilizing his background as a licensed contractor, Josh created a reputation for easy to understand inspection reports that made clear recommendations to their clients based on real-life experience.
Blueprint Home Inspection continues the tradition of providing excellent customer service, unique reports for every home which are easy to understand.

Todd Burton
Owner
The founder and CEO of Burton Realty & Development, Inc. and Blueprint Builders, LLC, Todd has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. He is both a licensed real estate broker and a licensed general contractor in the state of Georgia. In addition to his work with Burton Realty & Development and Blueprint Builders, Todd has been an active member of Playing for a Cure (an organization devoted to finding a cure for Juvenile Diabetes). He is a musician and a licensed pilot with over 1,500 hours of flight time.
Josh Carson
Owner
An Athens native, Josh is the former co-owner of Carson Plumbing, where he worked for 23 years. He has personally inspected more than 1,000 homes and has more than 25 years of experience in the construction field. Josh holds both a general contractor and master plumber license in the state of Georgia. He fills his weekends with family, camping, cooking, and Georgia football. Go dawgs!
